no, astigmatism has more to do with the shape of the cornea than simply a refractive error

Why would you want to wear only one?
Do you have perfect site in one and not in the other?
Wear two to balance your sight, you might get headaches and it will cause strain to your eyes if you only wear one
Nope. Astigmatism is when the cornea of your lens is not round but more like a football. Some are born with it, some develop it later in life (contact lens wearer or eyeglass wearer). Wearing one contact lens, however, will cause quite a bit of strain on your eyes, sometimes causing headaches and also your depth perception may be altered all depending on your rx.
