You won’t find any color lenses that come in those powers. That is your first problem
But the second problem is that you can’t order contacts online unless you have a prescription for them to begin with.
To complete your order, you have to give details of how they can reach your Dr. to verify your prescription , which, by law they have to do before sending you anything….and your Dr. won’t approve something you haven’t been fitted for.

although coloured lenses are medical products. you can buy them online depending on where you buy them from. You will need a valid contact lens prescription so if you have one for normal contact lenses, that will be okay. Because your astigmatism of one eye is really bad, you might need a toric lens for that one and although they sell monthly toric lenses, since you say you want to use them irregularly, it won’t be worth it.
Your other option would be to buy non prescription color lenses and wear your glasses on top but this probably beats the purpose of having them.
Depending on your age, you should visit websites that sell contacts and read their insturctions on what you need to buy them

No, contact lenses are classed as medical devices and so can only be brought if you have a valid prescription for them. This also applies on purchased made online as they will have to verify your prescription by ringing your optician before sending the lenses out to you. This is a legal requirement.
If you want to buy these colored lenses then you will need to be fitted for them first

You may be able to find them, the best way to know is to visit this site http://bestcolorcontacts.blogspot.com/ because whoever the writer is knows everything about color contacts! I mean, I use it all the time to checkout brands and where to get them, and to ask questions and stuff. I became a fan and got dicount codes. You should too. And if you don’t find your answer there you should comment and maybe get it from there.

It’s really surprising th you would want to try to fit yourself with contact lenses with your level of understanding.
