Does Anyone Know Of Any Toric Contact Lenses With A Cyl Of 0.50?

I went for a contact fitting (first time). My script is only -.75, cyl -0.50 but it is intermittently blurry. I have tried three brands now. He says this is because of my astigmatism and I am out of luck because it isn’t a bad enough astigmatism to correct. Any help?
You have been trying – 1.00 sphere I presume ?
Intermittently blurry with a spherical lens is rather strange . I don’t believe that small amount of astigmatism is the reason.
Intermittent blurriness with your lenses has to be because of the fit of the lenses. You have tried 3 brands, but none of them were right.
In 25 years + of fitting contacts, I have never seen that happen and be the fault of a tiny 0.50 cylinder. That’s why torics aren’t made for that small amount. Adding half of it to the sphere power always works very well.
It sounds more like your lenses are being fit too tight.
