Intermittent blurriness with your lenses has to be because of the fit of the lenses. You have tried 3 brands, but none of them were right. In 25 years + of fitting contacts, I have never seen that happen and be the fault of a tiny 0.50 cylinder. That's why torics aren't made for that small amount. Adding half of it to the sphere power always works very well. It sounds more like your lenses are being fit too tight. You have been trying – 1.00 sphere I presume ?
