Getting Contacts For The First Time Tomorrow?

After wearing glasses for a couple years i decided to try out contact lens. I called the eye doctor’s office and they told me to come in for a contact fitting to get them. Is it that simple or what exacly will they do since i had my yearly check up on January. Also, how much will it cost since i have astigmatism on both eyes? any answers will be appreciated. 10pts for best answer

I just did the same thing this time last year and was scared too but trust me its super easy. You WILL love contacts!!
They just show you how to put your contacts in clean them then take them back off (this takes practice). Then the doctor checks your vision with your contacts in and your eyes to mkae sure your presciption is right then you’re set.
