How Can I Improve My Eye Vision?? 200/400?

I am 16 y.o. My left eye’s vision is 200 and 50 astigmatism.. My right eye’s vision is 400 and 300 astigmatism.. I’m wearing eyeglasses… Please tell me a good way how to improve my eye vision cuz i’m afraid and i dont want to be blind……….
The bad news, there isn’t much you can do in the way of diet (eating carrots, or special vitamins) or eye exercises that will reduce refractive errors. The good news is that it would be very unlikely that you would go blind from just refractive problems if your eyes are otherwise healthy. You might have to get stronger glasses in the future, but you’re not likely to go blind. Usually a person’s vision will stabilize by the time they are about 20.
Research the bates method. You can buy the book on it from amazon or probably get it from the local libary. I don’t have personal experience of it working but theres websites of people who say it has done wonders for them. I know theres also people who teach naturall ways to improve you eyesight, probably using the bates method techniques. I’ve always wanted to give it a try but not really got round to it! I’ve needed glasses for the last 2 years and wear contacts now.
