How do I become more confident about wearing my glasses?
I have off and on worn glasses since I was 14 and I am 20 now.
I now have an astigmatism in both eyes and have trouble wearing the contacts.
I just don’t feel confident about wearing them in front of others.
I worry that I don’t look good in them or if someone might think I look bad in them.
I also feel like its what everyone stares at when I talk to them.
How can I feel better about this?

As someone who also wears glasses, I can tell you I have experienced the same feelings you are. It took me a while but then I realized two things. The first thing was a)it really doesn’t matter if they are staring at my glasses, if they have a problem with it than it is all on them, and b) I know exactly where my strengths and weaknesses are and that I am special due to them. Knowing that I was able to look past it and concentrate on those. In all honesty, people now don’t even see them when I meet them. Just concentrate on who you are and where you are going, then just give a big “screw off” to anyone who judges you. They aren’t worth your time.
They are looking at your eyes, not your glasses
I have them on and I found a pair that looked cool
