How Do You Improve Your Eyesight? [namely Astigmatism]?

Is there a way you can improve Astigmatism? Ive reached 300 and I’ve been told that the corrective glasses and lenses are out of the question. I cant take surgery since I’m not even 15. I was wondering if there was a natural way of improving my eyesight.
Another random question, does astigmatism somehow make you cross-eyed?

Yes Rexelle, I also haven’t seen any variants – only got surgery for your eyes.
Astigmatism is caused mainly due to irregular shape of the cornea or of the lens which is located behind the cornea. The cornea in the astigmatism condition has two curves – a steeper and a flatter curve. This kind of curve spreads the light to two focus points instead of one, leading to blurred vision. The problem can be corrected by use of eyeglasses, contact lenses or refractive surgery, other variants I not know.
Astigmatism is said to be hereditary as many are born with oblong cornea. Being born with this defect can create problems for future. Astigmatism is also caused due to scarring of the cornea by performing certain type of eye surgery. It is also caused due to keratoconus – a disease which causes thinning of the cornea.

    Hi,
Have you ever heard of Himalayan Goji Juice? Since ancient times, Goji berries have been very popular in China for their vision improvement properties. Modern Chinese scientists have found that goji is able to reduce the time it takes for vision to adapt to darkness. It also improves vision under subdued light. Blind spots were reduce in patients taking goji. Its powerful antioxidant carotenoids may also protect against macular degeneration and cataracts.
