    Size of market issue.
The volume for any particular astigmatic Rx is low, and divide that again by the people who want artifical colour on their lenses, and again by a range of colours, and it’s not an especially attractive product line.
There are some astigmatic Rx’s available with a range of colours, but there are limited parameters, or they are custom made, not disposable.
    for example, see below:

Funny you would ask that….I just went for my eye appointment today and asked same question. He told me with an astignmatism, they dont make colored contacts in that strength, no matter what brand. Trust me, I was bummed out too!

Probably because toric lenses are expensive and difficult to make. Color lenses are not make of the same quality material.
I would love to see extended wear toric but keep getting told that they don’t exist either.

because colored contacts would not be able to have the ‘dot’ thats in the contacts for astigmatism. Those have to be centered the correct way…the coloring prevents that…

I had lasik surgery and now I can wear colored contacts! The surgery was worth every penny I spent! Maybe not a practical solution for you, but it worked for me! I have FreshLook colored contacts in almost every color. I have fun wearing them and was bummed too when I was told I couldn’t wear them before the surgery. You also have the option of wearing glasses with the non prescription plain colored contacts. Just be aware that you need a prescription for the contacts even though they don’t have any power.
