Is Intralase Better Or Visk For High Prescription?

My eye prescription is very high. Both eyes are -1.4 and astigmatism is -3. Please tell me if Intralase is better or Visk?

Intralase is just another way to create the flap prior to lasik . Some MDs feel that using a laser to create a flap is safer and gets better results but I have seen the results from both and feel a flap made with a microkeratome (blade) is better. Either way, the VIsx laser is the best one out there. Bausch and Lomb has a laser as do other companies but the Visx laser has the best reputation.
