Is It Possible For Me To Wear Contacts?

ive been wearing glasses ever since i was 7 and i want to get contacts now (im 15)
BUT my right eye has extra eye tissue. idk if contacts would make it worse or if i jsut cant wear contacts with that or if it wouldnt matter.
any help appreaciated
oh and btw about how much are contacts? i have astigmatism and i heard contacts for astigmatism are a little more pricey
Pterygium can interfere with the wearing of contacts. If the pterygium is that bad it can be surgically removed.

i also started whereing glasses when i was 7 years old(i am now 14). but last year i began to where contacts and my eyes i believe are getting better because like u i have an astigmatism i think in your case that contacts would work for you no matter if you have extra eye tissue but talk to your eye doctor about it. for me i haven’t seen mine in a few months but i think by the next time i see my doctor he will say my astigmatism will be better. im not sure about the different prices for contacts talk to your doctor about that too.

you should ask your eye doctor, im pretty sure you can though, my mother
has extra eye tissue and she wears contacts as do i.
there are contacts for astigmatism. they usually are the same but sometimes
that can be more.
There are different kinds of contacts like daily disposable, fortnight, extended wear.
they are a little pricey but worth it.
i dunno about the first part,
but i wear astigmatism contacts and theyre $36 dollars a box, which isnt that bad.
talk to your eye doctor, they will deff help you :]
I have bad eyesight and used to wear gas permeable. They were like 300 bucks. Now I wear torics wich are the same price but are softer.
