Hi I’m Rony. I just want to know if there’s a natural & effective treatment for nearsightedness & astigmatism. It could be an eye exercise. Because it’s always my problem wearing eye glasses. Thanks! a lot =)

Consult a Good Homeopathic Practitioner. Nothing works better, take my word for it Nothing works better.
Viva Homeopathy.
A good homeopath or acupuncturist.
Glasses, contact lens or surgery are your options. Do you really think that some quack ( homeopathy, etc.) potion, herb or exercise can alter the shape/length of your eyeball or change the curvature of the lens? People like you are the reason these pseudo-healers exist and thrive.
Yes, for nearsightedness (myopia). I have improved my eyes to the point where I don’t wear glasses for longer and longer periods of time. Don’t listen to the naysayers, they don’t know what they’re talking about. The muscles around your eyes can be stretched and strengthened so they will no longer hold the eyes in the wrong position.
Search the Bates Method.
Unfortunately, no. I have these problems, and I use my glasses only when necessary. Contacts will create total dependency. And lasers? YUCK! Anyway, I take lutein and bilberry with elderbright. Those seem to help, but they really increase my night vision. Take care, ~N
