Hello
so I am nearsighted..I can see things far as well..but blurry (readable blurry) and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help my eyes get better, meaning like to keep my eye vision healthy without wearing glasses to much, I know as people age the eye vision will get worse…so any advice?

No — there’s no “natural remedies” or exercise to improve your vision; all you can do is endure blurry sight or get it corrected, through corrective lenses or surgery.
There are a few things you can do for general eye health, such as ensuring you have proper reading light, and if focusing at a certain distance for a length of time — such as when reading or using a computer — then look away every so often and focus for a few seconds on a distant point. I’ve also heard of exercises to strengthen the muscles that move and focus your eyes. These help prevent/minimize eye strain — they won’t change the eyes themselves (no muscles in your eyes!) It’s the shape of the eyeball itself, changing the focus of light on your retina, that causes near- or far-sightedness.
i would go to the eye doctor… now. and you dont have to wear glasses. there are other options like: contacts, lasic, sunglasses with perscription. its all okay… i have astigmatisma nd i wear contacts and i love them
