I think you should go to your eye doctor and tell him or her whats going on & ask what you should do or what can be done to solve the problem.

Toric lenses do have a tendency to move "off center." They are weighted, so there is a thicker part that is supposed to be pushed to the bottom of your eye by your eyelids. However, if the len doesn't fit perfectly, it can and will move with every blink, causing the inconsistent vision you're describing. I'd call your eye doctor and tell them the problem and tell them you'd like for them to check the fit again and perhaps try another brand/size.
I was fit with soft toric lenses a few weeks ago and I absolutely HATED that inconsistency and I didn't want to go through trying a bunch of soft contacts.
I learned about these hybrid lenses, called synergeyes. They have a hard center and a soft outter "skirt". The hard center provides the best optics and the soft "skirt" is comfortable like a regular soft lens. They are supposed to not decenter like soft lenses. They haven't come in yet, but I'm really excited to try them and find out how they are. It should be next week sometime. E-mail me if you want more info when I get them.
They are more expensive than soft lenses, but I get horrible "starbursts" and "glare" and it's actually WORSE with my toric lenses, so I figured I would just do myself a favor and pay the extra and get the best.
