First off I have astigmatism and I was wondering 1: are there colored contacts that are made for people with it? and 2: how much would they cost?

There are both soft and hard (rigid gas permeable) contacts available for people with astigmatism. Your doctor will be able to check the fit and see which type works best for you. Costs will vary depending on the type prescribed, so look anywhere from $40-$60 a box (depending on where purchased) for Freshlook or Acuvue, and more for RGP’s. A box of the soft usually contain 3 to 6 lenses, but again, it will vary depending on what the doctor finds in color lenses that will fit you best. A box normally lasts 3 months for one eye on the common soft lenses.
