Why Don’t They Make Coloured Toric Lenses (for Astigmatic Eyes)?

My optometrists for the past 5-6 years have always told me that coloured contact lenses are not available (and won’t be any time soon) for people with astigmatisms. Why?
Also, I came across this article and this company called FreshLook Contacts who claim that they sell coloured toric lenses. Does anyone know about them, whether their products are reliable, and whether I should speak to my optometrist about them?

I Have -0.25 Cyl 180 Axis Astigmatism In My Left Eye And Want Coloured Contacts?

I am already wearing monthly disposables but wonder if I need a special toric colour lens or if I could use ordinary ones. They are just for when I fancy a change of look, not for daily wear.

So i’m looking to buy some new contacts and i just lovee how i looked with colored ones! I used to wear FreshLook colourblends toric ( because i have astigmatism) but they were sooooo uncomfortable so my eye doctor switched me to acuvue and they are super comf but they don’t come in colour! My right eye is -11.75 (contacts -10) with -1.50 astigmatism. My left eye is -9 (-8 in lenses) with -0.75 astigamatism.
