Does Anyone Else Have Trouble Wearing Contacts?

When I blink one eye feels like the contact moves just a little and the eye doctor said I have astigmatism. Do they make colored contacts for this, and does anyone else have astigmatism?

Does Anybody Else Use Acuvue Oasys?

My optometrist prescribed me with Acuvue Oasys vision correction contact lenses the other day. My left eye uses a regular lens, whereas my right eye has astigmatism so I use a Toric lens for that one.
They’re pretty comfortable so far, and I’ve heard good reviews of them. Does anybody else use them? And if so, what would you rate them on a scale of 1 to 10? (10 being best)

ive tried nearly everything.. and i can feel everything in my eye..
i dont know why this is.. when i was younger i could wear them fine.. but now, i feel them if i put them in..
is there a brand i should try? i also have astigmatism in both eyes they tell me.

I am basically blind without glasses or contact lenses, being the possessor of eyes with severe myopia, my eyes are also fairly dry, have a very steep base curve that makes it difficult for me to find suitable contact lenses, and i have moderate astigmatism to top it all off! Crazy! Lol. Does anyone else have such bad luck with their eyes, or is it just me?

I have an astigmatism, and I find I see better with my glasses. But I still occaissonally wear my contacts, just not when I am driving long distances as I find my eyes get tired faster when I’m wearing my contacts.

Did Anyone Else Have This Problem When They First Wore Contacts Designed For Astigmatism?

When I went to the eye doctor today, he told me I have astigmatism. He had me put in a pair of contact lenses with my prescription designed to work with astigmatism and told me to try them out for a week. When I first put them in I felt like I could see better already, but as soon as I left I realized that the vision at the very outer corners of my eyes seemed blurry, almost like the contact lenses weren’t covering the entire area that they should…kinda hard to explain. I know I had them in right because he checked them, and I could see perfectly, but something was definitely wrong near the corners of my eyes.
After about 2 hours, my vision looked like it does when my eyes get really dry, but my eyes weren’t dry…I couldn’t read the computer screen well and had to take them out.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with astigmatism contacts and if it means maybe I’m not able to wear them. I do go back in a week for a follow up so I’ll explain it to him, but was just curious if this was normal.

My contact lens rotate a lot in my eyes. I think its because I have a high astigmatism. I have tried many many many different brands and sizes and everything but nothing seems to help.
