My Contacts Sometimes Make My Eye Red, But Not Really Irritated?

I’m going to call my optometrist of course.
The thing is I want to see if anyone else here has had this problem too.
I have an astigmatism. So supposedly, contacts are BARELY reaching the point to allow people with astigmatisms to wear them. Well, supposedly my left eye has more of an astigmatism than my right eye. My left eye is the one that gets red though. It’s not like the whites of my eyes get red, just more blood vessels start to show. Is that suppose to be a normal for contact wearers? As long as it doesn’t hurt is it normal?

Anyone Have An Idea Why My Eyes Get So Irritated With My Contacts?

they get bloodshot red
they burn
feel dry a lot of the time
then they water (it feels the way ur eyes get when you don’t blink and you need to)
they are extremely sensitive to the sun sometimes
i have myopia and astigmatism
i wear acuvue advance with hydraclear
use opti free replenish
always keep my contacts clean and throw them away with more than enough time before i should
