One Of My Eyes Seems To Drift’. It’s Not Lazy Eye, I Had It Checked By An Optometrist. What Could Cause This?

To clarify, I got worried I had lazy eye a few months ago because I saw a picture of myself where my right eye seemed slightly off from the other eye. Everyone has told me they’ve never noticed it when I talk in an everyday situation, except for one person who said she had noticed it once. After seeing the optometrist, I was told I do NOT have lazy eye because lazy eye is where one eye is undeveloped (which is not something I have). However, I was told I had a minor case of astigmatism, where my eyes are shaped slightly like footballs. All in all, I didn’t get glasses but I was able to pass my G1 driver’s eye exam without a problem so I think my eyes are ok in that regard. I don’t understand what could cause this. Could my eyes be tired (I spend a lot of time either reading because of homework or on the computer) or is it something else?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

My eyesight has got progressively worse over the last few years. Bad eyesight runs in the family, my cousin is blind in one eye. I also have a lot of floaters and have increasing trouble seeing in the dark.
Are these normal problems for short sighted people or are my eyes going to continue getting worse?

I have a lazy eye (the left eye) and astigmatism. I went to see a doctor about my astigmatism. He said that if i wear glasses, my eye situation(astigmatism) will be better. It will also affect my lazy eye. They will be gone if i continue to use my eyeglasses. Sometimes, im lazy to wear them. What will happen if i rarely wear my glasses? Will my eyes get really better if i wear glasses everyday? Will my lazy eyes go away?

I had surgery for a squint as a child and now I’m almost forty it is getting noticeably worse. The more tired I am the worse it gets. I wonder, would laser surgery help?

We (me and my eye doctor) came to that the best treatment option is that i wear glasses. When i was reading about my lazy eye it said a glasses or patch could “cure” the lazy eye if anyone knows anything about my condition please tell me i am mainly concerned about wearing glasses forever. So if anyone has the answer to that please tell me.Also i am not worried if i have to wear glasses for seeing but will me lazy eye cure in months, years, or ever i am really worried so please tell me.
