Im Looking To Try Some New Contacts That May Fit Me More Comfortably And Be What I Want The Problem Is..?

is i have astigmatism in one eye and i want some colored contacts .. another thing is i had Fresh look and it always felt like my eye was drying out so i would carry eye drops around .. well any good suggestions to fix my problem??

Why Do I See A Beam Of Light When Looking At Lights?

At night when im out i can see like beams of light coming off streets lights and normal inside lights to. I can also see it coming off the telly sometimes too. Is this normal or should i be worried?
also theres nothing wrong with my eyes as i know of, yes i do have and astigmatism and i wear contacts and glasses and notice the beam when im wearing either.

I Have Astigmatism And Looking To Get Colored Contacts. Is It Hopeless For Me?

There is only one brand of lenses for astigmatism that comes in colors. They are the Freshlook Toric Colors.
Problem is, they don’t have a wide range of powers available, and it isn’t a very stable fitting lens even if your power is available. , which means vision wouldn’t be very good most of the time.
So, if you have enough astgmatism that you have to wear toric lenses, then you are most likely out of luck as far as colors go.
Although if you are within that limited power range, your Dr. may be able to get you trial lenses and see if they will work for you.

I’m Looking For Purple Contact Lens But Have Astigmatism. Help?

I don’t know of very many contact brands to choose from, as I’ve only been wearing contact lens for about a month. I know they have Amethest lens in the Freshlook brand, but they do not have them available for astigmatic patients. Anyone know of a brand that make purple contact lens for astigmatic clientel?

Can Astigmatism Cause The Sensation Of Looking Through A Window?

It’s weird, something is wrong with my vision and the doctor can’t find anything. It’s hard to explain, but I have the impression of seeing through a pane of glass or a window.. like there is something in between my eyes and the world. It’s clear, but not quite.

I Am Looking For A Contact Lens… ?

Ok here is my situation…
I wear glasses all the time and i fancied (after much courage building) to go and make myself a contact lens fitting appointment.
As i have been wearing my glasses since the age of 5 or 6 i have quite a “strong” optical prescription.
I also have astigmatism so therefore i would be requiring the “toric” lenses.
I have noticed that all of the contacts only go up to a power of + 6.00 diopters, is the glasses prescription the same as contact lense prescription powers.
My prescription is +6.50 and +6.75 in the other eye, will that make me not eligible for toric contacts?
Or could i just wear the +6.00? As the opticians did consider that to be a viable option.
