I just turned 21 and have 2 years of college under my belt, but I really don’t want to go back, so I’ve gained interest in the Air Force. I’ve been researching about it for 5 months now and I am pretty sure I want to go. The problem is that I’ve been looking at information about MEPS and it seems that since I had really bad acne on my back and arms, and now scarring that I can’t join. Also, wear contacts and have astigmatism in my left eye. Is it true that I would be turned down because of those reasons? I just don’t want to waste my time going through MEPS just to be rejected.
