Could I Have A Tumor? What’s Wrong With Me? Please Help.?

I am 13, I am of average weight, fairly slender. I exercise [my dad taught me how to exercise properly so, it's not that] I am tall too 5′10.
My vision is terrible 20/-4.75 [I think, it changes about every month or two; contact wearer]- no astigmatism
*Have experienced sensations where everything goes dark [eyes open and their don't seem to be any correlation with what I am doing/time of day/where I am, and these occurring]
*I tend to be a klutz, I have great balance and an avid martial artist, but for some reason I will trip or fall for no reason.
*I experience mild to severe pain in my joints, back, shoulders, neck, and pretty much everywhere. This pain is almost constant and the pain arises with no trauma occurring.
*I get headaches quite often and have extreme light sensitivity [even fluorescent light bulbs hurt my eyes, they begin to then water.]
Sun, computer/TV/cell phone screens also cause watering of my eyes [sometimes my nose too]
So,
*pain all over my body *rapid vision change; not for the better about every month a new prescription is required *being a klutz although I have a strong core *blacking out for no apparent reason *breathing normally then suddenly having extra air to exhale *light sensitivity I am under a lot of stress, primarily because of my parents fighting. When they fight I do feel weak in my knees and sometimes they collapse because of this.
I don't drink, or do drugs, and I eat healthy.
I ya'll have any ideas of what is going on, there are some other things, but these are the main problems. Any help is appreciated; Thank-you
[No, I can't just talk to my doctor, my parents won't listen and they think nothing is wrong]
I also have trouble getting my eyes to focus.
No, I am not sexually active [idk if that matters, but it might]

Contact Questions…eye Doctors Please!?

i have contacts but i don’t wear them that often just because they are SOO annoying!!
they are ALWAYS dry even like 5 minutes after i put them in or if i use drops they dry up in like 10 minutes
i have astigmatism or w/e in one eye but its not that bad and so my eye doctor said that its not enough to change the lens but i mostly feel discomfort in that eye and after i blink it hurts
im 14 and im farsighted and i dont’ usually wear glasses or contacts or anything my prescription is +5.25 and +5.75
i get headaches a lot because of not wearing them but i prefer that over messing with it
know what probems might be or have suggestions
(apparently in a few years i won’t be able to focus like i can right now so i have to start wearing them for when i start to drive too)

Yes i have myopia and astigmatism i used to wear contacts great for one year i did not feel them at all!….but now i can no longer wear them they feel so dry! i have tried acuvue oasis and day and night and the last ones i tried where called biofinity but still nothing….i went to my doctor he just tells me some ppl canot wear contacts lenses THATS ALL HE TEELS ME I ASK HIM WHY!?? I DONT HAVE CHRONIC DRY EYE OR INFECTIONS OR ANYTHIN…..my mom refuses to take me to any more doctors…….i hate my glasses i cant do any of my sports and other stuff…..i refuse to give up theres has to be something out there that can make my eyes feel gud when im wearing my contacts please help me i refuse to give up!!!
im only 16 so i cant have lasik yet
and yes i have tried eye drops …

Okay so i was told that i have astigmatism, and a right lazy eye. Will contacts keep my lazy eye in place as well as helping me see as if i were wearing glasses? PLEASE GIVE ME SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! And i would also appreciate it if you recommend a brand of contact lenses. if you want me to be more specific with something just ask me while your answering. Thanks in advance!

Help With My Prescription Please!?

2 part question. How can I read my prescription from my box of contact lenses?
They are toric. How can I tell my level of myopia and my level of astigmatism?
Also, I know glasses prescription is not same as contact lens. That being the case, how much
LARGER is glasses prescription vs Contact Lens?
For instance, if I have, say, -3.50 on the contact box, what would my glasses prescription be?
