Is Eye Laser Safe And Effective?

tell me about eye laser for myopia and astigmatism, is it safe and effective? are there possible complications one could get after doing it? And what happens to the eyes after several years, does it just go back or develop same eye problem???

Are Contacts Safe To Wear?

I have astigmatism and I wear my contacts on the weekdays. I’ve had people who told me that certain things can go wrong, but I always take them out at around seven o’clock so that I don’t sleep in them. If you wear contacts, please help me out.

Are Contact Lenses Safe And Good To Wear?

Ok I’m 13, and I’ve had glasses since Grade 4. I am near-sighted, as in, I can’t see stuff far away from me. My prescription is: 2.75 diopters of nearsightedness (-2.75) with -0.50 diopters of astigmatism. and an axis of 32 degrees in my right eye, and 2.25 diopters of nearsightedness (-2.25) with…im not sure how many diopters of astigmatism. and an axis of i don’t know how many degrees, there’s no number for it in my prescription. I don’t think anyone will undertsand this, I don’t really myself, that’s just my prescription, but just incase anyone knows what I mean and this helps.
Anyways, basically, I have slight astigmatism in my left eye, but i dont think that matters. Anyways, I used to not wear my glasses all the time, just to like copy stuff off the board. But since somewhere end of grade 5, beginning of grade 6, I started wearing them ALL the time, cause my eyesight got worst…and I still do.

Is It Safe To Wear Circle Contact Lenses Even If I Have Astigmatism?

I use Acuvue Contact Lenses for Astigmatism for about a year now. And I was wondering if I can wear a normal contact lenses? Like the Circle Lenses. I heard from someone I know that also have astigmatism that she is wearing circle lenses from Geo, not the Toric or the one for astigmatism. Is it safe? Will it damage my eyes?
And do you know any site that I can buy circle lenses?

Is Laser Eyesurgery Safe For Astigmatism?

I have a vision of 20/50 in my right eye and 20/40 in my left, i have astigmatism since i was a kid: cause of too much television..Currently, im using glasses almost 6 years from now, im 21 years old. im afraid that by going to a laser eye procedure will higher the risk of not seing forever.. I have a really bad eye-sight…i want it to be cured. i could’nt focus on my studies, i could’nt read properly,could’nt fallow the class sometimes and of this cowardly dilemma of mine. pls. anyone,(help me to encourage myself and decide what’s the best treatment.)
