Do Tired Eyes Worsen Astigmatism?

I have very mild astigmatism, mild to the point where it’s borderline to not having it at all. However, recently I’ve noticed a slight worsening of my condition. I’m used to hardly ever noticing the symptoms, but now when it’s late at night I notice my astigmatism when I’m reading text on my computer screen.
Does anyone know if it’s just because I’ve had a long day and my eyes are tired and want rest? Any personal experiences would be appreciated

Will Not Wearing Glasses Worsen An Astigmatism?

I have a slight astigmatism in my right eye. I have glasses that I don’t usually use… will not wearing glasses worsen it?
