What Are Some Good Contact Lenses For Me?

My prescription is -6.00 (O.D.) and -6.50 (O.S.). I have astigmatism in my left eye, apparently according to my eye doctor. I use Vertex Toric, but I want to order through Costco (I think they sell contacts) or Walmart because it’s cheaper than ordering through my eye doctor. I also can’t order through 1-800 contacts.com because my parents don’t trust the internet and giving them their credit card because they are too paranoid.

Personally, sometimes it’s better to pay a little more. Ever heard the saying, “You get what you pay for?” Ordering from your personal eye care professional has it’s benefits. If there’s a problem with contacts or your eyes, your OD can help you out tremendously. If you have a problem with CL you order from a super-chain, they might refund your money, but chances are, they won’t fix the problem. You should google the pros and cons of getting contacts from a chain before making a decision… Also, talk to your eye doctor and let them know what you’re thinking of doing, lots of times, the price difference isn’t really that great and they might be able to work with you on a one-on-one basis financially.
