I have astigmatism (a vision problem), so my eyes get fatigued easily and I usually have bags under my eyes. How do I make them less noticeable? Do those eye creams at the drugstore really work? Is there an easier and cheaper alternative to the eye creams, for example, using some moisturizer under my eyes?
