I have worn contacts for thirty years and I can’t now. Yes that is Heck! I hate wearing glasses, my nose is too small and I can’t breath ( not kidding). I lens are thick, even when made “thin”.
I’m totally blind as a bat and need special contacts for astigmatism. These are much thicker than the Acuvue I have been wearing, can you tell me about them, and help me make that transistion.
Thanks so much.

I have it in one eye. I use accuvue (sp?). They are great. I don’t wear them the way I should (too long) but I haven’t had a problem with them at all. The contacts can be a little more expensive than the other kinds but they definitely worked for me and I was told I would never wear contacts.
I hope this helps
