they are acuve advance for astigmatism (2 weekly) and it has only been happening recently i am sure i am cleaning them properly.. i cant get them off…

    Are you using them longer than you’re supposed to? You might also want to make sure you’re using the proper solution to store them in overnight. Is the solution you’re using a no rub solution? These are all things that you need to take into account.
